FAQ’s

How do I order a pair of KIVI shoes?

We open orders only twice a year to keep production truly handmade and limited. The exact dates are announced online in advance through our website, and Instagram. On those dates, you’ll be able to secure your spot by booking directly.

Why do you only take orders twice a year?

Every pair of KIVI shoes is handmade to order. Limiting orders ensures we can give the right amount of time and attention to each pair, without compromise.

How long does it take to make my shoes? Each pair of KIVI shoes is crafted entirely by hand, to uncompromising standards of precision. This process cannot be rushed. From raw hide to finished shoe, every step is refined to the highest standard. On average, your shoes will take up to 6 months to complete. We’ll share a personalised timeline once your order is confirmed, so you know exactly when to expect your pair.

Where are KIVI shoes made?

Every pair is handmade in England, using traditional shoemaking techniques and premium materials.

Can I choose colours or materials?

Yes - you can register your interest at any time on our Waiting List page. We’ll notify you ahead of our next order window so you can secure your place. You can also sign up to our newsletter for up-to-date information.

How do I get my feet measured?

If possible, we really recommend an in-person fitting — this gives the most accurate result.

If that’s not possible, we’ll send you a measuring kit with simple tools, and an online guide. Once you’ve submitted your measurements, we’ll review them before crafting your shoes.

Are KIVI shoes sustainable?

We believe in quality over quantity - creating fewer, better products that last. Each pair is made to order, minimising waste and ensuring responsible use of materials. KIVI shoes can be re-soled and reheeled.
