Welcome to your KIVI Journey!

At KIVI Performance, crafting your shoes is a collaboration, a mutual commitment to artistry, quality and a shared journey. By placing an order, you’re entering a premium partnership where your vision and our craftsmanship meet.

1. Partnership & Process

We see you as our collaborator. Your input shapes the bespoke elements that make your shoes uniquely yours.

The full build process takes up to 6 months from the date your order is confirmed. Each stage is managed with care to ensure the highest standards.

2. Decisions, Measurements & Design Finalisation

Within 4 weeks of your initial order date, please:

  • Book & attend your in-person appointment & confirm all design choices (colours, materials, bespoke features).

OR

  • Complete your foot measurements & return to us

If you attend a meeting in person, we will measure your feet and you may view and select from our swatch library in person.

If you prefer the postal option, a self-measurement kit and swatches will be sent to you. Please note: you are responsible for the accuracy of any measurements submitted using this method; KIVI Performance cannot accept liability for incorrect sizing resulting from them. A £10 fee will be added to your deposit to cover this service.

Once design choices and measurements are finalised (within the 4‐week window), they are binding. No amendments may be made after that point without agreement by both parties. If changes are requested after finalisation, a surcharge will be applied.

3. Deposits, Fees & Payment

A non-refundable deposit of £1,500 is required on ordering to secure your place in the build schedule. A further £1,500 is due upon completion, prior to delivery of your shoes. Postage for your shoes will be added to final payment total, price depending on location.

Final payment must be received in full before shoes are dispatched.

4. Delivery of Shoes

UK delivery is free of charge.

For deliveries outside the UK, shipping costs, duties, taxes or other import charges will be quoted separately depending on destination.

Once dispatched, risk in transit and responsibility for customs/import charges lies with you

(unless otherwise agreed).

5. Availability, Colour & Materials

Each order is subject to the availability of materials and our build capacity. Should a specific option become unavailable after confirmation, we will notify you and propose alternatives or refund the relevant portion.

Please note: swatches may vary slightly from the finished product due to natural material differences.

6. Timeline & Craftsmanship

We take pride in quality over speed. The 6 month build period is our target; craftsmanship is never hurried.

You will receive a hand written letter when your shoe is at mid-completion outlining the meticulous processes that have happened thus far (e.g. material sourcing, cutting, assembly, finishing) so you are involved in the journey.

7. The Spirit of the Agreement

By confirming your order, you acknowledge that this is more than a purchase: it is a collaboration between your vision and our craft. Your trust allows us to create footwear that is not only premium, but personal.
